These terms govern your use of the TalkScribe AI Android application. By downloading or using the app you agree to the conditions below.

License & Use

• We grant a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal or business use.
• You agree not to reverse engineer the source or bypass security measures.
• The app may not be used in unlawful or unauthorized contexts.

Plans

• Free: 10 minutes of dictation daily, resets every day at midnight. All features included.
• Premium: Subscription via Google Play (1/3/6/12 months). Unlimited dictation time. Manage or cancel anytime through Google Play.

Payments

• All transactions are processed by Google Play; MuVuSOFT never stores card data.
• Refund requests follow Google Play policies.

Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for details. Audio never leaves your device.

Availability & Changes

• TalkScribe AI is provided “as is” without uptime guarantees.
• We may update features or terms and will announce major changes inside the app.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MuVuSOFT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the license, or create security risks.
