Quick Checklist
- Open TalkScribe AI in Play Store › “About this app” to confirm you’re on the latest build.
- Android Settings › Apps › TalkScribe AI › Permissions → ensure Microphone is set to Allow.
- Make sure microphone permission is granted in Android Settings.
- Switching Google accounts? Relaunch the app so the Play Store license syncs (usually <30s).

FAQ
- voice commands disappeared, now what?
- If the notification card is visible, tap “Show”. Otherwise, toggle voice commands off/on inside the app.
- My license didn’t follow me to a new phone.
- Sign out inside TalkScribe on the old device, then sign in on the new one. Two devices per Google account are supported automatically.
- The app can’t hear me.
- If the mic button is gray, another app has control. Close other voice apps or reboot so TalkScribe can claim the mic.
