TalkScribe AI for Android is sold exclusively through the Google Play Store. Google processes every payment, so refunds must follow Play’s rules. Use the steps below to wrap up your request quickly.
How to request a refund on Google Play
- Open the Play Store, tap your profile photo, then choose Payments & Subscriptions.
- Locate TalkScribe AI under Subscriptions or Purchase History.
- Select Request a refund or “Report a problem” and describe the issue.
- Google typically replies via email within 24 hours (may take up to 3 business days).
We can’t access your card details because Google handles the transaction. Sharing your GPA order ID with our support team helps us escalate if needed.
Need help from support?
If Google denies the request or the form isn’t available in your country, email talkscribe_android@muvusoft.site with your GPA number. We’ll provide template responses you can forward to Google in English.
Quick Tips
- Requests filed within the first 48 hours are usually auto-approved.
- Deleting the app does not cancel or refund—submit the Play Store form.
- Canceling stops future charges, but your current Pro period stays active until it expires.
