These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TalkScribe AI browser extension ("TalkScribe AI"). By using TalkScribe AI, you agree to these Terms.

License and Use

• You are granted a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use TalkScribe for personal or business purposes.
• You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access source code beyond what is distributed.

Plans

• Trial: unlimited usage for an initial period to evaluate the product.
• Free: continued usage with a daily dictation limit.
• Pro: one‑time payment removes the daily limit. No auto‑renewals.

Payments

• Payments are processed by Paddle (payment provider). Paddle’s terms and policies apply to transactions.
• We do not collect or store card information.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data. In summary: we do not upload audio to our servers; minimal data is used for licensing.

Availability and Changes

• TalkScribe is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We may update the extension or these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via updated documentation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TalkScribe and its authors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the extension.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or abuse licensing.
